Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Aether(Spirit) are the five basic elements of which the world is composed. These elements form a five pointed star in diagram with properties putting Earth and Fire at the base, Air and Water above, and Aether or Spirit at the top.

You are already the heart of our work, those who we strive to reach, serve, honor, and inspire. It is sincerely humbling to have the opportunity to speak to others through movement and we are grateful for every single chance we receive to connect to the whole. You are the universe we exist within as co-creators and together we shift energy, we heal, we laugh, we cry, and we groove. When this happens, we are one for moments in time, and this magic connects us beyond space and time to a place that transcends the physical.
